About BJL Carpentry
I am a time served, qualified Carpenter and Joiner.
I served a fully indentured apprenticeship starting at the age of 16 and completed with a Credited City and Guilds Qualification.
I have been in the trade over 40 years, and have worked on some major projects from The Thames Barrier to Windsor Castle.
I take pride in the quality of my work and in the reliable and experienced contractors that I can call on if needed.
Any tradesmen that I use are fully experienced and time served.
Every effort is taken to ensure that all work undertaken is agreed with the client and that the attention to detail is thorough.
All aspects of Carpentry and Joinery are my speciality also taking on small build projects such as the erection of conservatories, garages stables and out buildings, to complete house extensions.
I have lived in Essex most of my life moving out from London in the 60's working all over the country.
Over the years I have worked for some very prestigious clients and always had good feedback from them which in turn generated more work from their friends and family.
Any enquiry is treated with the same urgency and I will endeavor to reply promptly.
I look forward to hearing from you in the future
Barry Longhurst (BJL Carpentry)
